Grade Two Listed House - Kent

4,000 square foot, listed house dating back to 15th century. IMW undertook total refurbishment including Kent peg tiled roof, new central heating system, complete electrical re-wire and putting in a bespoke kitchen and three new bathrooms incorporating all the original oak beams.
We manufactured all the joinery products ourselves comprising all the Georgian box sash windows, staircase and external doors.

IMW have refurbished over twenty Victorian houses in the past four years, usually to a client's own specification and here are a few examples of the work we have encountered.
